Shipping times

Actual shipping times vary by location and products ordered. Before an order is shipped, it is processed. Processing times vary, typically between 2-24 hours. Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday, excluding Swedish federal holidays). If you place your order on a weekend or holiday, the above estimates start from the first business day after your order is placed.

 

Your package can be shipped with UPS or if you are located outside of Europe you can use DHL EXPRESS or Postnord.

To track via UPS, put your tracking number into www.ups.com/track

To track via DHL EXPRESS, put your tracking number into www.dhl.com/track

To track via Postnord, put your tracking number into www.postnord.se/spara

Customs fees should not be added, check your countries restrictions for that!

(If you do not pick up your package or write wrong adress or not phone number & email, and post got problem with contacing you, we are not obligated to send you a new one)

EU/UK 2-5 Business Days: 11$
US/ASIA/OTHER 5-10 Business Days: 11$

US/ASIA/OTHER 2-4 Business Days: 17$

5$ EXTRA ON ORDERS OVER 60$

The delivery time is normally 2-4 working days, depending on destination.

You will be notified by text or email from the ODD system including an
estimated delivery date / time. Should this not fit with your schedule, you can
customize your delivery via DHL ODD and decide how, where and when you
want the delivery to take place.
